Freedom Baguettes
The weekend before last I ended up making some baguettes with the same simple French Bread recipe that I began with.  The only difference this time was that I cut the dough and formed two smaller loaves.  Andi and I ended up making them into sandwiches.  They tasted excellent, however we had them the next day and the crust wasn't as crunchy.
